A stunning 35 year old Grenache vinyeard in South Australia’s Riverland. A single Vineyard by local grower Mark Valente located at Paringa and is planted on sandy loam over limestone.
The fruit was hand harvested and then transported to Barossa Valley where it was tipped directly into an open top fermenter. 50% of the fruit was whole bunch fermented, which adds complexity and aromatic profile. A super approachable style, designed to share with good mates.
