Our approach to Quin Wines has always been simple; a nod to tradition, but leap to the stars. Wines without boundaries.
At the beginning of the year we were excited to have two of our wines recognised with gold medals and three silvers by The Real Review. The Real Review are a team of wine critics who deliver authentic, unbiased opinions on what they believe to be the most interesting and current wines in Australia and New Zealand.
With thousands of outstanding wines produced across Australia and New Zealand, we are proud that Quin Wines registered on their radar for our individual wines and walked away with gold and silver awards for a selection of our wines.

Further to reviewing individual wines, each year The Real Review also create their own list of wineries that they believe are innovative, unique and create outstanding wines. While the list includes many high-profile wineries with global names for themselves, this year several new entrants were added to their ‘Top Wineries of Australia 2019’ list, and we were one of them!

“The newbies include Quin Wines (number 76 on the list), which is the private venture of Andrew Quin, winemaker at the leading Barossa winery Hentley Farm. Already famous for his big reds at Hentley Farm (including such memorable names as The Beauty and The Beast) Andrew Quin has – like some magician – conjured some outstanding wines for his debut. They include an Eden Valley riesling, Eden Valley shiraz, Barossa Valley shiraz and Barossa grenache.”
