Planted in 2000 on a north-facing slope in Victoria’s Pyrenees, this vineyard sits at an altitude of 350 metres and is one of Australia’s most highly regarded Nebbiolo plantings. Together with red permeable clay soils and cool nights, conditions allow for grapes with high aromatic potential. We made this wine using 100% whole bunches and we left juice on skins for six weeks to enhance the natural vineyard characters.
