2022 Adelaide Hills Chardonnay

Vineyard

This Chardonnay was sourced from a small vineyard nestled in the high-altitude ranges of the Adelaide Hills. An idyllic vineyard sitting 463m above sea level with a north easterly aspect.

Winemaking

The fruit was pressed directly to seasoned barrels, underwent partial malolactic fermentation and matured on gross lees, in barrel for 6 months to build texture and complexity.

Nose – Peach, nectarine, green apple, creamy, lime.

Palate – Creamy mouthfeel with a lovely line of zesty acid through the middle. Mouth coating texture. Great length of flavour.
